Using our new online reservation system you’ll be able to access exclusive cancellation policies.
Upon reservation you will be asked to provide credit card details as a warranty.
Free Cancellations until 120 hr (5 days) prior the arrival.
Cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival will result in the charge of the first night of stay.
NO SHOW or the cancellation on the day of arrival will be charged the full amount.
Bank Transfer
Upon receipt of the deposit, a contract is established between the parties.
The customer has the right to renounce the stay up to 5 days before the arrival date, in this case the deposit is frozen, the customer is entitled to use it for another stay of equal to or more days than those of the first booking, until the end season(october).
In the event that the cancellation is made within five days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
Changes to the reservation
In the event that the customer is forced to shorten his stay this change must be reported in advance by the time of arrival.
Failure to report early departure will result in payment of the entire remaining stay.
